Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies only to the Mandi marketing website and visitor data. It does not cover the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) through our application, which is governed by our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and platform Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out a form, request a demo, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, practice name, and other contact details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our website
  • Respond to your requests and inquiries
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and administrative messages
  • Communicate with you about products, services, and events

3. Analytics, Cookies, and Advertising

These practices apply only to our marketing website. Our Hidden Revenue Report tool and our product application (app.heymandi.ai) carry no third-party advertising or analytics tags.

Cookieless analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) to understand aggregate traffic. It sets no cookies, does not track you across websites, and collects no personally identifying information. It runs on all marketing pages.

Advertising and measurement (consent-based). With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tools, which may set cookies and share limited event data with these providers to measure and improve our marketing:

  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google LLC)
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation)

These are off by default. On your first visit you can accept or decline them in our cookie banner (we use Google Consent Mode, so nothing loads until you accept). You can change your mind anytime by clearing this site's cookies, or manage cookies in your browser settings. We never send patient data, uploaded-file contents, or any computed dollar figures to these providers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who perform services on our behalf (including the analytics and advertising providers listed above, our email and scheduling vendors, and our nurture-email provider), provided they are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
